Objective
To enhance your ability to think more creatively in order to develop better ideas for superior individual and organisational performance.
This workshop is based on the best selling creativity books “Flicking Your Creative Switch” and “How Creative People Connect” by Dr Wayne Lotherington.
Benefits
• Discover what creativity is and how the most creative people do it
• Understand how your creative mind works
• Develop multiple creative ideas, faster – and on demand!
• Learn specific creative thinking tools and when/how to use them
• Find the confidence to back your creative judgement
Content
Over the 2 days you will cover:
• What are Creativity and Innovation? Why are even clients talking about them these days?
• The Creative mind and how it works. When you know how, you can apply it more easily and in a more focussed manner.
• The ROI of Creativity.
• Everyone’s Creative… yet some things stop us. We’ll identify the blockers and then remove them.
• There’s no “one-right-answer”. Forget school; stop second guessing. Find the “many-right-answers” to every problem or brief.
• Connecting the unconnected. Creativity is finding a connection that isn’t there. Discover how.
• Several advertising/media tools to kick-start Creativity, including ‘What’s Hot!’, ‘Curly Questions’, ‘Exquisite Corpse’, ‘Extremes’, and more.
