Objective
To help senior media agency personnel and media sales leaders move to a higher level in presenting and pitching.
The programme focuses on the planning and delivery skills for persuasive presentations, enhancing an individual's ability to communicate with greater confidence, control and flexibility. Presentation styles are fine-tuned to develop a greater ability to inform, influence and convince in high-stakes situations.

Content
Given that senior media people tend to be very busy, the programme runs over one highly intensive day, and covers the following areas:

Participants will receive open and honest feedback, both from their peers and the programme consultant and they will also be video taped
• Planning critical presentations
Participants are given a nine step planning tool for creating tailored and relevant presentations for management boards and key client contacts
• Communication skills to connect with the audience
Practical exercises to help executives connect with their audiences and create the impression they desire, be it dynamic, creative or an impression of gravitas
• Creating key, persuasive messages
Participants are given a strategic framework for making clear and differentiating messages in the highly competitive media marketplace
• Structuring presentations and pitches
Simple and effective ways to make your key messages stick
• Final video taped presentations / pitches by participants
Target
The course is aimed at all senior media people who are required to make persuasive presentations or pitches, internally or externally. Attendees are likely to have the considerable presenting and pitching experience commensurate with their level of seniority but wish to brush-up on their skills.
Advanced level course, typically with media people with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Format
This is an intensive 1-day programme, held from 09.30 to 16.30 at a central London location. The programme will be highly practical but also equip senior media people with pragmatic tools and strategies.
Facilitator
The programme will be facilitated by Rogen S.i. a global consultancy focussed on persuasive face to face communications. This means coaching, training and consulting leaders in high stakes situations to win and grow their businesses. The facilitator routinely works with a variety of media owners (online, print and broadcast) and agencies and so has a good understanding of the demands of the media industry.
